Climate change, food and water security, migration and sustainable development are all issues that are constantly in the news. We keep hearing that our changing world is going to be very different when our children grow up and that we’ll need people with the skills to understand the physical world and how humans interact with it.
So we all know Geography is really important but why does it seem so tricky to integrate into everyday lessons? In case you are running of out of ideas, here are a few suggestions of where to look and find inspiration for getting geography links into your lessons:
• Look at the threats to our environment with new Collins Keystart UK Atlas
• Discover ways to manage sustainable living with Collins Keystart World Atlas
