I've been in touch with Ken Field, the map's creator, who says unfortunately it's not available to purchase or download.

It was the result of a research project, to see if it could be done! Rights and permission would be required from all the 3000+ football clubs and organisations to use their logos etc for commercial reproduction of the map.

It’s all to do with the six Confederations that make up FIFA, the world football's governing body.

Australia have been members of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) since 2006, New Zealand are members of Oceania Football Confederation (OFC).

There are 208 associations affiliated to FIFA today. Between 1975 and 2002 more than 60 associations were accepted as members.
